Shipping

Standard ‘shipping’and packaging is £4.50 worldwide.

We will normally send your order to you in 7 – 14 business days but if any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will advise you and get them for you as soon as possible, with the option to either request a substitute or partial refund. There is no extra delivery charge for this.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Secure Ordering and Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card details are not held by us or our subsidiaries and we cannot access them after an order has been placed. Online credit card transactions are processed by Paypal.com, an established credit card payment processor.

Returns Policy

We offer a 100% guarantee that if any of the goods are faulty we will exchange them or give you a refund (less posting costs) provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

All returns should be notified to us by email within 7 days of delivery quoting the original order number.

Damage In transit

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier.

Shortage

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.

Incorrect Goods

Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.

Non deliveries

Items that are Missing or lost in the post will be replaced or a refund credited to you after a period of 15 working days from dispatch for UK deliveries and 25 working days for all other deliveries.

We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them.
